Tuesdays in the Senate with Dick

We already know Cheney lied about never having met Edwards before. He also said this last night: ""Now, in my capacity as vice president, I am the president of Senate, the presiding officer. I'm up in the Senate most Tuesdays when they're in session." Oh, realllllly? Some intrepid folks at DailyKos looked it up. Cheney presided over the Senate two times in the last four years. Two.
