Pirro for AG?

Hat tip to Craig. The GOP wants to put Westchester DA Jeanine Pirro up for AG in 2006. Others want her to go up against Hillary. That's nice. Pirro's been a good DA, by most accounts, and she loves the camera as much as Eliot. But her husband's been in some big-time trouble with the law. He's been convicted of tax evasion, and accused of nastier stuff.. She's also been accused of prosecutorial misconduct, specifically in remarks to the press. I don't know how that'll play in Batavia.
