Security

Via Oliver Willis, this poster from the FDR era: For some reason, I don't want Wall Street to administer some sort of weird, half-assed "private account" for me. I've already got my 401(k), and I've worked for 20 years under the assumption that social security will be there for me when I retire. To change that assumption, and to shred that part of the social contract is idiotic and will fail.
