I'm back. Had a nice weekend in the tristate area. Saw Jim Ostrowski on the TV this morning. Good luck to him and his freebuffalo movement. One problem, though. He is opposed to the Bass Pro deal because he doesn't like giving public money to a private enterprise. There goes his credibility. Not one penny of public money is going to Bass Pro itself. Public money is, however, being used to rehabilitate a public asset - the Aud. If Ostrowski had his way, the Aud would, I presume, remain mothballed indefinitely. I prefer the route we're taking, thanks. And don't forget that Ostrowski thinks that the handsfree cellphone law is a federal constitutional issue. That's plain dopey.
