Crazy

I saw that Julia linked to this horrible story from Colorado. Two teenage girls baked some cookies and dropped them off at neighbors' houses as a surprise. One neighbor flipped out and had a panic attack. Or some such bullshit. She sued the girls. She won. At least she only won for her medical expenses, and not for any pain & suffering or punitive damages. I wonder, exactly, where the foreseeability factor was if the allegation is negligence.
