According to the Buffalo News, Kevin Gaughan bought one minute's worth of ad time at 6:58 p.m. on all three majors; WGRZ -2 WIVB -4 WKBW -7 Quoth the News:

Gaughan has purchased one minute of live TV time on three local network stations to talk about the need for smaller, less costly government and the need for citizens to transform their anger into action. "I refuse to cede our future to those who helped destroy the past," Gaughan said in a statement. "By placing their careers over your children, your job, and the value of your home, politicians have taken away our government."

Sounds about right to me.
